Mobile Notary Service

I provide mobile notary service to the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas (Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Santa Barbara, just to name a few).

Rates (see Rates, for more information & other services):

 Notary rates are $10 per signature, per page. 

 Loan Documents (for real estate purchase or re-finance): $125 (flat rate) per set.

Travel fees:

       Travel fees are due and payable upon arrival, regardless of ability to complete Notorial Duties.

Computer Services and Troubleshooting

I have been involved with computers since 1980 and have worked on various computer systems from mini-computers to microcomputers.  I have torn down, and re-built micro's from the bottom, up.

I also have several years of computer programming experience, from individuals to banks; stand-alone and network.

Because of my background, I am able to determine the cause and best solution to most computer problems and I am able to explain them in non-technical terms.

Rate: $65 hour.

Bookkeeping Services

I am a Quickbooks ProAdvisor, QuickBooks© Certified User and have been using Quickbooks for over 12 years, I have extensive knowledge of all aspects of its use, including:

     Bank and credit card reconciliation, checks and transfers, deposits from multiple sources, online banking, and bill paying

·    Journal entries

·    Accounts Receivable functions: Customer list management, Invoicing, statements, payments, customizing forms

·    Accounts Payable functions: Vendor list management, Purchase orders, Inventory management & control

·    Merchant account processing

·    Payroll functions (state and federal tax deposits, W2 & W3, Worker’s compensation reporting), 1099 & 1098 reporting (over fourteen years payroll experience)

·    Business and sales tax reporting

·    Report generation: P&L, Balance Sheet, specialty reports as needed

·    Asset management and depreciation

·    Integration with MS Word, MS Excel, and TurboTax

·    Installation and company file set-up, backup, and recovery

I have been using Quicken personal software for 20 years, and can help you with your personal finances and recordkeeping, too.
