I provide mobile notary service to the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas (Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Santa Barbara, just to name a few).
Rates (see Rates, for more information & other services):
Notary rates are $10 per signature, per page.
There is no notary fee for military, fire, or police, with current identification.
Travel fees apply.
Loan Documents (for real estate purchase or re-finance): $125 (flat rate) per set.
Includes travel within San Fernando Valley. I'm happy to drive to other areas, but please call for additional travel fees outside the San Fernando Valley
Includes 2 signers (additional signers $25 each).
25% discount for current military, fire, or police.
Travel fees:
San Fernando Valley: $40
Los Angeles County: $50-$65, depending on mileage.
Other areas: Please call for quote.
Travel fees are due and payable upon arrival, regardless of ability to complete Notorial Duties.

Computer Services and Troubleshooting
I have been involved with computers since 1980 and have worked on various computer systems from mini-computers to microcomputers. I have torn down, and re-built micro's from the bottom, up.
I also have several years of computer programming experience, from individuals to banks; stand-alone and network.
Because of my background, I am able to determine the cause and best solution to most computer problems and I am able to explain them in non-technical terms.
Rate: $65 hour.
