Loan Document Service

First or second finance mortgage packages for One or Two persons. Includes five Acknowledgments or Jurats for
each person, Trust Deed, and other documents requiring signatures or initials. Also, includes travel to all of San
Fernando Valley (each package) ................................................................................................ $125.00

Additional persons (each) .......................................................................................................... $50.00

Additional Acknowledgments or Jurats (each act, per person) ........................................................... $10.00

Military, Fire, or Police, with current identification....................................................................25% discount

I'm happy to drive to other areas, but please call for additional travel fee.

Minimum travel fee (in the event document signing is not completed for any reason) ............................. $65.00

Apostille Service

An Apostille or Certification requires that the document be notarized first.  Standard notarization rates apply.  Once notarized, my notary seal and signature must then be authenticated at the Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder's office. The authentication is required to obtain the Apostille or certification from the Secretary of State.  U.S. Certification may be required depending on the destination country -- this is not always required but you should confirm with the destination country.

Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder's Authentication fee (per document) ........................................ $9.00

Secretary of State Processing fee for Apostille (per signature authenticated) ..................................... $20.00

        In person (counter fee) ...................................................................................................... $6.00

Apostille service (by mail) takes approximately 2-4 weeks (plus above fees) .......................................$145.00

Apostille service (in person) usually 1-2 business days (plus above fees) ............................... $50/hr & mileage

Computer Services and Troubleshooting

I have been involved with computers since 1980 and have worked on various computer systems from mini-computers to microcomputers.  I have torn down, and re-built micro's from the bottom, up.

In addition, I have several years of computer programming experience for individuals and business; specialty programming, stand-alone and network.

Because of my background, I am able to identify and resolve most computer problems. But even better, I am able to explain in non-technical terms.

Rate: $65 hour.

I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, QuickBooks Certified User and have been using QuickBooks for over 12 years.  I am very familiar with all aspects including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Account and Credit Card reconciliation, Merchant Processing, Payroll, as well as State, Local and Federal tax forms and requirements.

I also have over 20 years Quicken experience for your personal finance, as well.

Rate: $35 hour.
